Publicly release all emails and communications regarding the implementation. There's NOTHING there that should be classified.
From whence the incompetence came will reveal itself.

Meanwhile, in further 404Care Fuck Up news:
Businesses Overwhelmed by Callers after Obamacare Enrollment Listing Error
NY Post: http://tinyurl.com/ozldb85
...In yet another bungle for the botched government insurance rollout, the state Health Department has mistakenly listed numerous non-health-related business as enrollment sites — including a Brooklyn cupcake shop that has been besieged by callers.
“I have nothing to do with this,” said Carmen Rodriguez owner of Brooklyn Cupcake in Williamsburg. “I run a very busy establishment, and I’m like, what is going on?”
Because of the mistake, her bakery has gotten 150 calls from people seeking medical-insurance information.
...
The cupcake maker is at her witÂ’s end.
“I don’t want to be listed, because they are calling my telephone off the hook,” she said.
...
In nearby Red Hook, the dispatcher for a limo company was equally puzzled at finding his company to be among those listed as enrollment sites.
“If you want me to get you a car, I can help you out,” said Allen Amor of Apex Car & Limo. But ObamaCare? Sorry, wrong number.
Marco Abad, of Zambrand Auto Repair in Sunset Park, said he didnÂ’t even realize his business was among those listed.
“That’s something crazy, because we fix cars over here,” he said...
But this guy is my favorite:
Amar Git, owner of Desi Deli in HellÂ’s Kitchen, said he couldnÂ’t possibly help navigate ObamaCare because he doesnÂ’t have insurance himself.
“How can it be? How can I help?” he asked rhetorically.
First of, you can't, buddy. It's another screw-up by the gubmint.
Secondly, you don't have insurance? Don't you know that'll be illegal starting next year?

I go with Orwellian Euphemisms. They've got to get the euphemisms circulating so they can then use them to show their contempt for the peasants. For example: "You're not losing your health insurance. You're being TRANSITIONED. Idiot."

What a fucking circus this is. Even Mike Rogers backing her into a corner won't do any good. We have to face the facts - even if, through some miracle, conservatives were able to grab hold of the senate and presidency, nothing will change until arrogant, unelected assholes like Sebelius are put in shackles on national TV and carted off to PMITA prison. Depends on how many people they had and their testing protocols.
When we do a rollout on our system, we have a bunch of jobs that we run end-to-end to make sure that they work, a bunch of dedicated testers who put in a lot of stuff, and any programmers who are done with their current assignment are press-ganged into testing whatever part of the system still needs to be looked at.

Time to repost my go to in explaining the difference between Conservatives and Liberals.
Conservatives are courageous but not bold. Liberals are bold but not courageous.
Boldness is impatient. Courage is long-suffering. Boldness cannot endure hardship or delay; it is ravenous, it must feed on victory or it dies. Boldness makes its seat upon the air; it is gossamer and phantom. Courage plants its feet upon the earth and draws its strength from GodÂ’s holy fundament.
The bold man is prideful, brazen, ambitious. The brave man calm, God-fearing, steady. The bold man seeks to divide; he wants his own and will shoulder his brother aside to loot it. The brave man unites. He succors his fellow, knowing that what belongs to the commonwealth belongs to him as well. The bold man covets; he sues his neighbor in the law court, he intrigues, he dissembles. The brave man is content with his lot; he respects that portion the gods have granted and husband it, comporting himself with humility as heavenÂ’s steward.
In troubled times the bold man flails about in effeminate anguish, seeking to draw his neighbors into his misfortune, for he has no strength of character to fall back upon other than to drag others down to his own state of wickedness. Now the brave man. In dark hours he endures silently, uncomplaining. Reverencing the round of heavenÂ’s seasons, he does what must be done, sustaining himself with the certainty that to endure injustice with patience is the mark of piety and wisdom

23 I can picture a gaggle of hackers, laughing their arses off, as they made this happen.
Most hackers won't bother with sites that aren't up and running; if anything, they're laughing their arses off at the Keystone Cops ineptitude of the third-rate programmers who threw this shit together.
Talk about a facepalm - the entire website is one big one.

A nuclear weapons fun fact. 52 years ago the Soviet Union detonated the "Tzar Bomba." Estimated at 58 Megatons (about 3800 Hiroshimas) the Tzar Bomba was the largest nuclear weapon ever tested.
A SAC B-52 bomber pilot friend of my parents told me when I was a little kid in the early 60s, "Jay, if you can see the light, and feel the heat, be prepared to be melted to your feet."
Those SAC boys had a great sense of humor.

Mark Parkinson, the turncoat former Republican state chairman who succeeded Sebelius in 2009 declined to run (for obvious reasons). Getting her out of the way, out of the state, to face token opposition the following year would have happened anyway, but he was able to go back home and show that he was a Kansan first and a Republican second in a vote that made no difference on the outcome. Completely predictable.

Related to this, there was a bit on either WZ or Insty (don't remember which) earlier that Sebilius had indicated the White House was going to throw the Canadian company under the bus. Minutes later a memo leaked that the company had sent to Sebilius telling her the site wouldn't be ready and they should delay the launch or it'd blow up in the White House's face.

There's a reason these people are paid large amounts of money despite doing very little of the nitty gritty. It's because, when something goes tits up shitweasel, THEY ARE HELD RESPONSIBLE. Their JOB is to run their departments -- to administer, if you will -- in such a way that bullshit fuckups like this DON'T HAPPEN.
And if these things DO happen, you know who's supposed to lose their fucking job? Besides the individual(s) who were directly responsible for said screw up? THE BIG WIGS AT THE TOP, that's who.

Just spitballing here, you know, throwing it out there, but I'm thinking a canny opposition party could exploit this clusterfark and sweep both Houses in the midterms and hold off Obama's stealth socialist agenda for the remainder of his term, maybe even shift the country back to the right, stop Hillary in 2016 and save the Republic. Nah, too easy.

She's a Moloch-loving, treasonous Dem. Of course she's a bitch. What really galls me is the complete spinelessness of the Republicans in that room. After an answer like that, I would have said, "Excuse me? Would you care to rephrase that answer? Because, you see, I am under the impression that we are speaking to the secretary of the department of Health and Human Services, not some snotty teen who just had her Iphone taken away. SO let me be clear, Madam - one more "whatever" or similarly-worded answer from you, and I will have you in contempt of Congress and thrown in handcuffs before you can finish sneering. Now answer our fucking questions, you blood-drenched hack!"
I hate DC. I so want it wiped out.
I have never blasphemed in my life as much as I've blasphemed during THIS godforsaken "administration."

That might create a bit of long term drama. But right now she's a lightning rod, taking a lot of the heat that should be directed at elected Dem officials.
So its a dilemma -- If she goes, they can blame no leadership at HHS for all future 404 fuckups; if she stays, she takes the heat and reduces the damage to their party.

Time for a Sebelius story...
After 9/11, congress heard testimony about how first responders couldn't communicate with each other. Fire couldn't talk with police, who couldn't talk with emergency management, who couldn't talk with FEMA.
They passed an addition to the Homeland Security Grant Program for about a billion per year in new equipment grants to the local level. All it required was for the people running the state to set guidelines so that counties and cities bought compatible equipment.
Some states did this well. Florida, under Jeb Bush, did a great job. Kathleen Blanco in Louisiana didn't. By the time the Hurricane Pam exercise was run in New Orleans, open warfare had broken out among the Parish politicians as to whose payoff to accept.
Few democrat run states did a competent job, with one of the exceptions being Kansas under Sebelius. Their standards were put in place quickly and professionally, without a hint of corruption.
She's still a scrunt, but just so you know, at one point in time she did something right.

You'd think that the Republicans consulted with each other so they don't have to repeat the same questions over and over again. There's no coherence to their line of questioning. They've manage to waste a couple of hours with only a few pertinent questions. These anecdotes don't really get to the heart of the matter.

No, no, no, no, NO!!!!!!!!!
Let this CF fester as long as possible - the longer the site is down, the longer the Democrats have to twist in the wind, trying to assure people that they are competent enough to run this shit.
At some point, they're going to have to backtrack on their promises, but you just know that Barry would rather die than admit defeat -
By the time they finally get this somewhat "fixed", it's going to be close to the midterms. And the employer mandate is going to be expiring.
2010 is going to look like a Sunday Ice Cream Social compared to the bloodbath the Dems are going to face in 2014 at this rate.

"mid-November" is the time that we've been promised the site should be up and running.
Not gonna happen - that's only 2 weeks away, after all - but right now, it's the latest "Next" date on the slipped schedule.
Trust me, come mid-November, everything will be slipped another 5-6 weeks to "end of December".
Fortunately for Congress, they'll all be out of town, so there won't need to be any show trials at that time.
It's not like they have any 'signature" legislation to ram through in the dead of night or anything.....

Did you know that Kentucky and Illinois (and the USVI) are the only states that allow specialized underwriting by Lloyd's of London? Kentucky and Illinois are specialty insurance states with extensive international experience. That is why I KNOW that ValJarJar did this deliberately and knowingly to the people in the US. She sat on the Board of U of Chicago Hospitals and her consigliere is now the Exec VP of the AMA -- also based in Chicago.
