60 There is a Stonehenge replica somewhere along the Columbia River Gorge, the name of the place escapes me at the moment.  I think it's Marysville.  It was built as a memorial for the soldiers who died in WWI.

62 What a lovely looking bunch of people.  I am sure their UK dole checks paid for the festivities.   My first trip to the UK in 1990, I drove several hours just to visit the Salisbury area and see Stonehenge for myself.  By then, it was roped off from the public and you could only get a few feet away from one of the stones at its closest point.  That was for tourists and people like me who wanted to see a legendary prehistoric monument over 4k years old.

But they can easily let this pack of drooling poster children for Fetal Alcohol Syndrome rub all over the site and probably shit everywhere because they're a "druid".

Here's a fun fact for you hippies: There's not one single artifact or book in existence that can be tied as historically accurate to the druids.  Any of the ancient texts mentioning druids by the Greeks, Romans or others is sketchy at best.  Whatever the druids were, they were already on the wane when Caesar wandered through there.

You're not a druid. You're a smelly out of work asshole with a single digit IQ and no future.  You might as well claim you're from Cimmeria.

Not to mention the two equinoxes in spring in fall marked in this country by Easter and Halloween

SIL #1 invited us to  his   engagement party today. It was to  be a celebration of their engagement. That's what the invite said, serious you guys.

 

Last  night, B'Gal says, "You know, I wouldn't be surprised if they   go   ahead and  get married while we're   there."

 

She nailed it. His older daughter got up after we all got there and said   there'd  be    a slight deviation from the festivities. Sure enough, up walks a pastor  with a  Bible and does the deed. A bit  later, the  pastor walks up to SIL #1  and does a shot of   tequila    with him.

 

 A good time was had   by all.
