We mean it.

All serial aside, we haven't rattled the tin can in a while for the head Ewok, much to our shame. Where else can you get award winning double posted content like you get here?

No where, that's where. This is how I ask and answer my own questions, because we believe in efficiency, full value on your money, and the guys get shirts.

So please give. Before you do your taxes, that'd be the best time to do it I think.

Award winning commenters make for award winning blogs. Without you, we're just a bunch of yammering yentas arguing over the lunch tab. Speaking of, which one of you assholes had the tuna salad?

24 Fuck shooting the ewok. Bring on Erg or Palin Steele, we'd pay for you to shot them. ace needs an anonymous tip jar. Pay pal gives away too much information about the donor. Just saying, ace doesn't have a drop PO Box or anything. We might get him some grants, if we knew where to send the money. Get a PO Box, get some money from your shady moron friends.

59 What does a Platinum membership get me?  Does the blog work?

Posted by: Jane D'oh at March 21, 2013 04:32 PM (UOM48)

60 Ahem.  Let me explain something.  You can use your charge card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) on Paypal.  That way Paypal does not get access to your checking account.  And you will get the protection from your credit card company.

I sell on eBay and have never had trouble with Paypal,  even after over 3000 transactions.

However,  if you are looking for complete anonymity for your donation,  other than cash dropped off by a hobo,  it isn't going to happen.  And I do not blame Ace for not giving a Post Office Box or address for donations,  even if large ones are possible.  There are plenty of nut case leftists who would like to hunt him down and wreak revenge by harassment of him or his employer.

So suck it up and donate on Paypal.

Posted by: Miss Marple at March 21, 2013 04:33 PM (GoIUi)

61 So if I donate 500k, do I get to tour the Ewok Lair? Do I get a Face to Ace meeting? Any special perks as a "Platinum Level Donor"? Just wondering. What's in it for me?

The Republican Party and Conservatism is a lost cause. Join the Hillary team for 2016 and roll with the winners. We have a 1 party nation now and there will be Democrats in the White House for the next 50 years. Join the winning team. The last President to have balanced budget was a Democrat. Obama's job growth numbers the last 6 months beat any in Bush's 8 years. The Democrats are fiscal conservatives and socially tolerant. Republicans are economic liberals and socially reactionary.

Wrong. Allowing Al Qaeda to attack the US is not fiscally responsible. Clinton could have stopped that but he didn't.

Furthermore, Clinton had nothing to do with the paper 'balanced budget.' It was the results of a GOP Congress and the tech boom started under Reagan and his free market revolution.

When Obama entered office, our deficit was 1.4 Trillion (not 1.6). This year its projected to be 840 million. That is a 40% reduction. Bush turned a surplus into a 1.4 trillion deficit when he left office.

Fact, Democrats reduce deficits and Republicans increase them. Who are the fiscons?

Posted by: Proud Clintonista at March 21, 2013 04:49 PM (puFOS)

121 85. Democrats are economically center-right and socially centrist. Republicans are economically center-left and socially hard Right.

Democrats
Trillion dollar deficits are center-right. Check.
Partial birth abortions are socially centrist. Check.

Republicans
Balancing the budget in 10 years is center left. OK
Having actual borders is hard right. Got it.

Dude, if you want to balance the budget with Bill Clinton's spending as a percent of GDP, I would guess that no one on this blog will argue with you. Is that what you are proposing?
