— Ace Michelle Malkin parodies Michelle Obama.
Pretty funny, right?
Well you'll never guess who disagrees!!!
First, Hate Blogger and Rex Reed Protege Andrew Sullivan calls it "hathos," one of his sporadic attempts at humor. (He's really not funny at all; I don't know why he thinks he is.) This is his idea of a witty neologism, swapping in a h in "pathos."
Yeah, it's... whatever. Apparently he wants you to know he attended freshman year of college. (Or... like sophomore year of High School.)
A Talking Points Memo guy I never heard of writes:
@BenjySarlinDignity, thy name is @michellemalkin http://bit.ly/WoW4VF
...because humor is undignified. When your opponents do it, of course. When Obama (the sitting President) Slow Jams the News, that's Serious You Guys Soooo Funny!!!!
And the Huffington Post attempts to be funny (what did I tell people who aren't funny about trying to be funny) by headlining it "Michelle Malkin thinks liberals dance this way!!!"
Actually she never said that, and no one thinks highly political liberals dance; we don't think they get out of the house enough for that.
I read this as "They know it's funny, and are just pissed about that, so they're putting on the stone faces."
God Forbid someone on the political left would ever for once give you an honest reaction rather than counterfeiting it in favor of the Politically Approved Hate Messaging of the Day.

Soooo, Mooch does it with Jimmy Fallon, calling it the history of "Mom Dancing," and it's HI-LARIOUS. Michelle Malkin does it to satirize our fame whore Mrs. Preezy and her equally fame whorish hubster, and it's insulting?
Well okay then. Why don't they come out with their own version of "History of Conservative Dance." The extent of it will be
"Do the Cross Burn!" (Democrats),
"Stick 'em Up!" (urban yutes, aka Democrats),
"Out of my cold dead hands!" (yep, they've got that one right!)
"Abortion is murder!" (how exactly would you dance to that anyway?)
The fact is they don't have ANYTHING funny they can say, thogh they'd think themselves so clever to try it. All we'd have to do is answer right back with our own rebuttal dances. Because we DO have a sense of humor (our individual views on 9 year old girls being used in a tasteless stunt notwithstanding).

Seriously though, "hathos?" WTF? First off you're expecting your audience to understand pathos, which is a stretch given the bottom feeding mouth breathers who consider Andy Sullivan a bona fide news source.
Then you have to expect them to understand that the "h" in "hathos" is for "humor," which, again, is a stretch for his audience of low functioning neanderthals.
Then you have to hope that they can figure out how a portmanteau of "humor" and "pathos" is either witty or accurate. I would say that it's neither. It's a hacktastic attempt to sound like a sophisticate instead of a washed up old queen with a receding hairline and a douche beard.

If a woman watches some people dancing, she watches the women, hence she learns how to dance like a woman.
If a man watches some people dancing, he watches the women, hence he doesn't learn how to dance like a man.

In our First Lady's original video, she does the "driving the station wagon." Liberals killed the station wagon since it was a car frame and got the mileage of a truck. Hence the birth of the horrible riding SUV and later bane of the Libs to be demonized again. Drivers never kill anyone, it is always "killed by an SUV."
Station wagon was purposefully chosen rather than minivan because it is far more hip and quaint that the latter. Ironic that Libs hate everything until it is destroyed completly, then they steal the lexicon. This applies to so very much the Libs do.

President Obama and other Democrats attempted to win support for the health-care bill by touting it as a fiscally responsible enterprise. “I will not sign a plan that adds one dime to our deficits — either now or in the future,” Obama told a joint-session of Congress in September 2009. “I will not sign it if it adds one dime to the deficit, now or in the future, period.”
The new report exposes the “lack of honesty” surrounding such claims, Sessions argued. “This is how a country goes broke,” he said.
Yup. Just like Obama at the STFU speech saying he wanted to add over 20 new gubamint bureacracies that won't add one more dime to our deficit. How he gets away with this crap is beyond me.
And on another note, FL (which just caved on O-care) doesn't have enough MD's to provide service to the masses who are going to be added to the rolls. This is a huge gimme to the Unions. What will happen is PA's and RN's will be allowed to practice out of their scope of practice in order to meet the shortfall of providers. RN's are already unionized, I predict PA's will be too. Heck, even MD's will be eventually at some point.

Two wind turbines towering above the Cape Cod community of Falmouth, Mass., were intended to produce green energy and savings -- but they've created angst and division, and may now be removed at a high cost as neighbors complain of noise and illness.
Ah yes, the wind turbines that Greentard douchebag Robert Kennedy and his dead Uncle Ted prevented from being installed in the Cape. (Because it would wreck their views). Those wind turbines.
Speaking of which, does Al Gore have a wind turbine in his backyard? I remember he didn't have any solar panels on his house for the longest time (don't know if he ever had any installed). Al was recently here at Microsoft to give a talk pimping his new book. One of my running friends who works there was all excited because she bought his book and had him sign it. I felt a little bad acid raining on her parade, but I couldn't help myself. I said "I might be able to take what Al says a little more seriously if he didn't own 5 huge houses, jet around the world on private planes and drive around in giant SUV's with his phalanx of an entourage."

If any scientist ever wants to do a study on racist and sexist comments on YouTube and needs some samples all they have to do is post a video of Mrs. Malkin.

Heh.
I think it's cute...and funny.
And I hope it irks them, a lot...so much so, that they talk about it, a lot.

You can always tell when you've hit a sore spot by the level of reaction you get from your opponents. They aren't just reacting to her satire; it also has to do with the obvious physical comparisons. Michelle looks great on film, she's stylish, and she's coordinated; which makes Ms.O look like a dancing bear in comparison.
Hey now! That's just mean!

Of course he did. I remember watching about it on the news in 1928.

OK, I guess it's just me. I like MM, but I don't find the video entertaining at all. Yes, Michelle, I get it - Dems grab your wallet, excuse Menendez, point the finger of blame, TFG golfs a lot - and. . . . .?
Plus, couldn't she find some music more entertaining than the preprogrammed thump-thump "funk" setting on her Casio keyboard?
In the words of those great philosophers Bob and Doug McKenzie, "It was funny at first, but now it just bugs me."

Michelle Obama was interviewed by Robin Roberts. This made me want to scream outloud:
Michelle Obama also used the interview to promote her Let's Move! campaign, noting that the country is seeing 'rates of obesity coming down like never before'.
Uh, yeah, rates of obesity are coming down like never before because people cannot afford to buy groceries under your husband's reign of terror, bitch! Not to mention the kids in school that aren't eating school lunches because the Moochelle approved menus are disgusting. Unbelievable.
I heartily approve any effort to reveal this woman for the shallow, fraudulent, bigassed attention whore that this woman is.

Did Kerry actually claim that, or is Rush riffing on Kerry's famous holiday in Cambodia?
Kerry gave a speech today in Berlin, relating this story to a bunch of German students.

Remind me again, did she ever provide statistics to support her claim of widespread childhood obesity rates? Never seen anything that supported the supposed "problem" that Let's Move "fixes".

I hope that's the subliminal message people have about Moochelle. Yeah, she was cool and hip and fun at first (if you are one of those LIV's), but now that she is so over-exposed, you realize she was really nothing special, just a boring, vapid attention whore who really has absolutely no accomplishments as First Lady. Even moreso, she is an absolute embarassment who has not respected the dignity of being First Lady. She is a cheap, uncool joke.

The beauty of being a Democrat is that facts and numbers never matter. The "Party of Science" is anything but. They can say whatever they want with absolutely no empirical data to back up their claims and get away with it.

Ha! Once in a while, the blind squirrel finds a nut. Even Donny Douche gets it. In an interview with Piers Morgan:
Piers Morgan and Donny Deutsch discuss Michelle Obama's Oscar appearance...
PIERS MORGAN: Should she have been there at all?
DONNY DEUTSCH: In my opinion, absolutely not. As far as I'm concerned, she was an uninvited guest. Now what I mean by that is, you have to give the consumer, the viewer, the ultimate respect. They have tuned in to watch movie stars, to watch movies. And all of a sudden, politics is thrown at them

Bobo, My sincere apologies to all the adorable dancing bears
Apologies accepted. Unlike FLATUS, I am adorable, cute and cuddly. I do not have a mean face, I can walk in heels and I do not have a severe, jutting underbite.
