It's controlling the expenses with a complex operation that worries me.  I think sales volume is function of location and pricing (and luck).  Advertising and promotion just bounce the needle around a bit.

131 94 rickl - Been trying to talk myself into a continuing ed Autocad course for a couple of years. Congrats on doing it Posted by: Mike Hammer at September 26, 2013 09:52 PM (aDwsi) Thanks. I work in a printing shop doing prepress, and several years ago the owner bought another company that makes water treatment equipment. So naturally, we do all their printing, such as manuals, etc. I've been making drawings of the various components using Adobe Illustrator, which is mainly an art program. At first I just copied old hand-drawn drawings, but have since done my own from scratch. But they're just flat cross-sections, with arrows identifying the various parts. It's also pretty laborious doing it in Illustrator. I figure that AutoCAD is better suited for this type of work, and might enable me to make exploded drawings or even 3D drawings. Also, I keep reading about how 3D printing will revolutionize manufacturing, and I think it would be good to develop skills which might be useful with that.

136 nothinglefttolose, remember those fairs cost money to get in and they suck to work.  So 1.) the guys working the booth's are rarely the decision makers, 2.) the firms are usually bigger with procedures and HR staff to budget a show, 3.) give'em your generic resume - but pump'em for details on the jobs they have, 4) modify your resume and letter based what they tell you and send it in by mail or drop it off - it won't matter how it gets to the next layer, just that it does.

164 So people have been complaining about some malware problem at the HQ all afternoon and later and I get this from my Avira AV programme:

Special detection HTML/Infected.WebPage.Gen2

Description:
A common attack against the web infrastructure can be the infection of harmless web pages. Some malware changes every HTML file stored on the disc and adds a link (very often an IFrame) to a site hosting malicious code. Other attacks can aim for the web servers and try to insert forwarding to the pages hosted there. The owner of these pages is advised to take them offline. Fix the hole (either on his own PC or on the server), check the pages for infections, clean them and go online again. Infected Web Pages often contain additional Iframe, Object or Script Tags. The Script Tags often contain encrypted Code.

Posted by: [/i]andycanuck[/b] at September 26, 2013 06:28 PM (zrRMc)

165 That site works fine, IF you go to the second link to view the game.

Don't bother trying to download the app, it's nothing but shit.

Just refer to the line that shows link one and link two.
