Tuesday Morning News Dump Shutdown
— Pixy Misa

Look at what you've done you stupid Republican a$$holes!

Look! The Panda camera is down because you didn't give Obama everything he wanted. Who do these Republicans Representatives and Senators think they are? A opposition party that was elected to pursue the interests of the 48% of American who voted for them? A party currently in the minority whose job is to retard the President's agenda and look out for the interests of the sizable American minority? Couldn't you wait until the next battle? You know the one that we totally would fight and win. Or at least pick a battle that didn't involve the Panda Cam or twitter accounts for inanimate objects like the Voyager 2!

Since the stupid Republicans decided to shutdown the government, the American people won't notice that the Obamacare exchanges don't work. It's not like 30-50 million people are going to try to sign up using healthcare.gov and notice the website doesn't work.

I know, I know, some of you will say, "But Ben, the tens of millions of people will attempt to sign up only to find that the healthcare.gov website doesn't work and they will become frustrated and angry at President Obama." First, address me as Mr.Ben a$$holes and don't look me in the eye when you speak to me. Second, no they won't. How could they possibly know if the MSM doesn't tell them? Do you think people draw conclusions from their own personal experiences?

John Q. Jagoff out in Wyoming won't know that the cheapest plan he can get under Obamacare is $425* a month unless Paul Krugman of the New York Times tells him. Don't you understand this is a battle of above the fold bylines in newspapers no one reads and chyrons on TV channels no one watches. This is a game of inside baseball Washington D.C. politics.

Heck, I received a letter from my insurance company this week telling me they're closing my plan at the end of 2014, but I completely forgot because REPUBLIKKKAN SHUTDOWN!!!1!1! Sure, according to this chart it looks like I'm going to have to pay 100% more per month for a health insurance plan with less coverage than the one I already have, but what does that matter because SHUTDOWN! Do you fools honestly think that Americans will be more angry about the increased costs for their insurance, their inability to sign up for new insurance on healthcare.gov, losing their current individual insurance, losing their employer provided insurance, or having their hours cut back to part time than they are about SHUTDOWN!!!!1!1!?

The media was just DYING to cover the failure of Obamacare before this shutdown happened. The failure of Obamacare was going to be the event that launched 10,000 in depth stories of failure. Now it's going to be all shutdown all the time for the MSM. It's amazing to me you idiots would support a shutdown of our beloved federal government. This is unprecedented.**
*Seriously, check it out. The cheapest plan for someone in Wyoming is $425/month. That's $5,100 per year or around 10% of the median household income for a Wyomingin...Wyomining-ite?

**Actually it has happened 17 times in the last 37 years.

Follow me on twitter so I can yell at you stupid fools some more!

It's supposed to be "no more than 9.5%."  Ratufuckers can't even follow their own rules.

On the upside for John Q. Jagoff, he only has to pay 40% of the bill for his abortions after he meets his deductible ("bronze" level = insurance pays 60%).

Dunno why he doesn't love that.

10 I don't need to check the exchanges out.  From pretty much everyone I know, almost all young families just starting out and blue collar workers, I'm hearing of rates jumping up to $480-700 a month for a single person; and $900-$1500 for a family.

Some of these people thought Obamacare was the bees knees until they got their policy cancellation letter.  Had to resist just sitting there typing "I told you so" over and over and over again to those people.

Just tried the exchange for SC and gave up waiting for the log in page.
Will try again in a month or so.

The     HealthCare.gov     system is still down as of 9:35 this morning.  But they gave me a helpful reference code to use if I want to call for assistance!   I bet they'd get to my   phone call right away and wouldn't leave me sitting on hold for three hours minimum.

I never thought I'd get behind a strategy of Boehner, but I'm thinking he was right.  The GOP should have passed a clean bill and made a stand at the debt ceiling limit.

Now, the government is shutdown and the press and Democrats are blaming the GOP - and unfortunately, the polls show the people agree.

Now ObamaCare is shitting the bed, but the blame won't go on Obama, where it belongs.  The press and Obama will blame the GOP for not funding it.  And the people will believe them.  Why?  Because the GOP stated it did not want to fund ObamaCare.

The Democrats wanted to hang themselves with a rope.  A rope called ObamaCare.  But the GOP simply wouldn't let them.  The GOP tried and tried to make it a murder instead of a suicide.

Why?  I'll never understand.

36 Since this thread seems a bit more appropriate, I'll repost my post.  Because the government shut down and I can no longer make new content:

It seems like just yesterday...

We had a fully functioning, gentle, all-knowing and all-caring government helmed by the greatest human being to ever walk the face of the planet. Even greater than Jebus. I personally witnessed the man cure over nine thousand children of cancer by touching them on the forehead. Everyone was taken care of, and nobody wanted for anything. Sunshine glistened every day off the morning dew, as the Skittles shitting unicorn blazed across the rainbows in the sky, bringing joy to all.

Then the Republicans attacked.

Led by the demons Boehner and Cruz, they destroyed it all. Within minutes of THE END OF ALL GOVERNMENT™, people were dying in the streets from lack of social security payments and free health coverage. Grandma died on the spot. Giant SUV's rolled into the cities and ate all the Smartcars and Volts, dooming our atmosphere to bleed off, like Mars'. All the solar panels morphed into coal plants without carbon caps. The resulting acid rain melted the Skittles unicorn as the children looked on, their own eyes boiling out from the toxic sludge falling from the sky. The Delta Smelt immediately went extinct. Guam capsized and sank into the sea; a real modern day Atlantis. The pandas ate the PandaCam. AR-15's grew legs and started walking around, shooting people at random.

There were even people eating what food they wanted, walking down the streets drinking Big Gulps and eating a Big Mac! The horror! The horror!

Exemptions for Congress and their staff,

Exemptions in more ways than one:

Obama administration: Lawmakers, staff can get    taxpayer funded    abortion coverage

Washington Times: http://tiny.cc/e3293w

The Office of Personnel Management ruled Monday that members of Congress and their staffs will be able to buy health care plans that pay for abortions, even though the premiums are funded largely by taxpayer money — a move that conservatives say breaks federal law on abortion funding.

54 I lucked out. I have the Military Tricare Insurance which is great and cheap ( thank-you tax payers and I do mean that). It costs me about $295 a month for a great plan. My "Billet", my job with the navy was due to expire on Nov 31 2013 and I would have had to go buy my own on the open market which would have been probably over $2000 a month for semi-shitty health insurance or about $1200 a month for obamadeath insurance which NONE of my wife's DRs are on. Because I guess there is a G-D in Heaven I found out last night I got a new Senior Officer Billet. So I am set for the next 3 years. What a relief.

First, not really, it hasn't.
Second, there's still State government.
Third, there's still local government.

So, in conclusion, there's still a sh*tload of government there pestering me while occasionally doing something essential.

No, the panic is from a) a Federal leviathan that's afraid the secret will get out that so much of it is unnecessary, and b) the MFM that must create a spectacle because 1) it wants ratings and 2) it sees its ideological twins getting pink slips.

Shut it down. And it could stand some burning, scattering, salting, etc.

He learnt it from Christine O'Donnell. We pursued the 'delay' strategy that the smaht people thought was brilliant. The GOP even telegraphed that was their real offer before Cruz even spoke. Moderates were the dog who caught the car. Now they are tantruming because their futurecasting sucked and their prophecy of a delay going through failed. 111 Speaking of alternative income, I just heard of a one-quart "moonshine still" for 200 bucks. You take 4 quarts of fruit/water/sugar/etc. and let it sit for a few days, then pour it into the "maker" which looks a stainless steel coffee dispenser, plug it in, wait a few more days and voila, a quart of moonshine. I doubt it's as simple as that, but that's what the guy who has one told me. Available commercially, I think I'm going to buy mine online rather than at a home brew hobby shop.

113 I still have my "company plan" but since Obamacare passed my share of the costs have gone up about $1500 a year.  But I am lucky because if I got bounced out of my plan since wife and I both have had cancer I would be lucky if I could get any plan at all.

But after this year I lose my "catastrophic plan" and HSA.  My current plan has me pay 100% of the costs for the first $5,000 then the plan pay 100% after that.  I normally hit that $5K in early Feb.

117 Oh, and I posted this in the last thread in response to another comment, but it bears repeating: 570 293 Anyone hear Obama yesterday say "I don't think I should have to offer anything." Yeah, the fix was in early. And yet Malor rushes to blame Republicans. Hugh Hewitt played that clip repeatedly yesterday. Then there is this gem from Harry Reid: "Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) invoked Albert Einstein's definition of insanity as performing the same action repeatedly and expecting a different result. He panned the House-passed legislation for increasing the out-of-pocket healthcare costs of lawmakers and staffers. “This time the House has attached a poison pill that would punish 16,000 congressional staff,” he said. Senate Democrats left little doubt before the vote they would strike the amendments attached to a stopgap bill funding government through Dec. 15. Reid declared earlier in the day that Senate Democrats would not accept any changes to ObamaCare. He said they would not even negotiate oven the landmark law until after Congress raises the debt ceiling, which is due to expire Oct. 17. “We are not going to mess around with ObamaCare, no matter what they do,” Reid said. “They should get a life,” he said of House conservatives. “It is the law, declared constitutional. The exchanges are coming on board tomorrow.”

You have leverage in a debt ceiling fight because that's actually something the President and Harry Reid NEED.  They've been telegraphing for two months that they WANT a government shutdown, so a good hunk of the Tea Party says, OK!

When I quickly priced plans prior to ACA I came up with $60-90/month for plans that look like "Platinum plans" compared to the bronze care.

161 Heh! From The White House Dossier Blog: "The government shutdown that starts today results in temporary pink slips to “nonessential” government workers, begging the obvious question: Are the White House chefs essential? The Obamas are known to eat quite well, at least in public, where they can be seen frequenting trendy spots around Washington and landing in over-priced restaurants aimed at vacationers when they’re in Hawaii and Martha’s Vineyard. At home in the White House, a team of chefs plans menus for the Obamas and prepares an endless series of tasty meals. But the government shutdown presents the terrifying prospect that the Obamas may have to defrost a package of Lean Cuisine or open a can of meat ravioli. The Obamas have two de facto chief chefs: Cristeta Comerford is a leftover from the Bush years who is formally the White House Executive Chef and whom the Obamas decided not to get rid of; and Sam Kass, who was imported from Chicago by the Obamas and whose title is Executive Director of Let’s Move! and Senior Policy Advisor for Nutrition Policy. Kass came in as Comerford’s “assistant,” but with his current involvement in the first lady’s food projects, it’s not known how often he still whips up a meal. Nevertheless, it’s not clear if the Senior Policy advisor for Nutrition Policy is essential. But Kass is also a frequent golf partner of the president’s, which may increase his “essentialness.” Also present on the grounds is an Executive Pastry Chef, who is exclusively in charge of dessert, and perhaps a lobster pot pie or two."

163 I wish some people would hop off their soap boxes of ignorance.

Right now a friend of mine, yeah singular example, is a civilian technician full time at a Guard airlift unit.  They are there unpaid and in uniform.  Not even in a miracle AD/AT pay status - because of sequester that funding pot has shrunk - dealing with the chaos this funding shutdown has caused.  While still trying to get missions launched that will take supplies to the war fighters.

The Democrats want to hurt everyone they can so they can win.  That is how mean spirited they are.  That is how selfish they are.  Aim your fire at them but please do not drag into the fray the people being held hostage by the Democrats.

This is, you can be sure, why the left were so incredibly indignant over the mere idea of a shutdown. Government MUST be seen to be critically important in all areas of life. It is the central illusion which has to be maintained.

When ordinary citizens have the epiphany that, gee whillikers, ordinary life is continuing on just as it always has, maybe we don't need this leviathan state after all, or at least not this much of it, then it's damn hard for the left to take back that impression.

Meanwhile, in Nuevo Atzlan:

more than 6 million California drivers who get tickets each year experience sticker shock. State records show that traffic citation fines have skyrocketed over the last decade, with some common infractions now costing close to $500.

The ticket for running a red light, which is now $490, cost $340 in 2003 and $103 in 1993, according to the Judicial Council of California, which sets fines for traffic offenses. A ticket for rolling through a stop sign costs $238 - a decade ago, it was $130. Speeding up to 15 mph over the limit also comes with a $238 price tag, more than eight times what it cost in 1993.

Oddly, the base fine for most violations has remained the same for the last 20 years. The growth in fines is due to add-ons known as penalty assessments. These fees are tacked on to citations, with the money earmarked for projects ranging from court construction to DNA research for solving crimes.

About a decade ago, there was one penalty assessment. Now, there are 10 - and total fines average four or five times the amount of the base fine.

265 My aunt lives in wyoming and is retired from the public school system, which was paying for her health care until Obamacare came around.  They announced a few months ago that retirees like her will be dropped and need to go find healthcare on the exchanges.  She is not exactly in the best health, so I doubt she will be able get the cheapest rate.  I love my aunt, but she is a vehement Obama/Obamacare supporter so I can't feel too sorry for her.  She blames the high rates on the state government (Republican, so of course they're to blame) because they refused to set up their own exchange.

If the goal was to decrease rates by spreading the costs across a wider pool of participants, why didn't they just make it one big national pool, with everyone eligible to buy the same coverage from any participating insurance company?  (I know that wasn't really the goal.)

295 With the various reports about the Obamacare Exchanges not working, perhaps it is worth remembering the stories that came out after the last election about the truly impressive software operation that was created from scratch in order to organize Obama voters, supporters and donors.  It is not that they broke any new ground but they did a very solid and very professional job of building, installing and testing a software system with millions of users and a massive database and they had it all in place and tested on election day.

Compare that to the Obamacare Exchanges.  It seems like they can actually get things done when it is something they care about and it seems that your healthcare is not one of those things that they care about.

He was demanding discounted electricity and gas rates for his house because he was going to be furloughed. Bride tried to explain that they didn't offer discounts just because of layoffs. He was amazed. He spent 30 minutes on the phone with her telling her how he had sacrificed to "serve the public" for 25 years and he "demanded" lower rates for this service. The bride suggested he look for other jobs in a more stable field. I married well. --- Your wife kicks ass.

317 Can someone please explain to me how the Delay tactic was genius? The House Republicans united around it, and they got stuffed. The government is shutdown which is the thing they said they most wanted to avoid in the whole world. It never was. Defund had at least the same chance (or would have if the Republicans had really supported it) of success as delay. Nothing the Republicans did was going to move the needle. The Government Shutdown isn't "about" stopping ObamaCare except as a strategic (as opposed to tactical) goal. The tactical goal is to make Obama and his buddies hurt- and they hurt far more in a shutdown than Republican constituencies. If the Republicans will stand firm (stop laughing), the Democrats will be forced to come to the negotiating table in good faith (I SAID- stop laughing), and we might actually get some relief from this horrible law.

They weren't actual words, just strings of distorted letters. So there's my mother, hunched over her computer for THREE HOURS trying to unscramble the letters to form words. She finally broke down and called me to ask for help."

If I were a ruthless identity theft specialist, I'd be busting my ass right now to scoop up as many confused computer illiterates I could detect, and redirect them to bogus "official Obamacare" websites that actually work smoothly and easily and don't crash, while steadily vacuuming up every shred of personal financial information.

I'm now thinking of the older family member who said to me,

"You need to get me the phone number for the right people at Microsoft, so I can talk to them and get them to stop sending me all these porn e-mails. This is really getting out of hand and I want for Microsoft to stop right now."

I said, "Wait, wut? Slow down and explain that again."

So: he uses Microsoft Outbreak as an e-mail client. A friend who also uses Outbreak got compromised, and all of their addresses harvested by spammers, who proceeded to send the usual flood of spam to all those addresses, including my family member.

But, in his mind, he's using a Microsoft product, and the porn spam is appearing on a page in that Microsoft product, ergo, Microsoft must be the ones sending it to him. (And if she weighs the same as a duck, then she's made out of wood.)

Now multiply this well intentioned but conceptually unclear guy by tens of millions of similarly unclueful types trying to navigate Web-based "exchanges" hammered together in a tearing hurry by government contractors. Facepalm. What could go wrong?

From Americans for Tax Reform website:

As Obamacare enrollment begins, the Department of Health and Human Services has a helpful tip for the program's so-called Navigators: “Do not leave documents that contain PII [Personally Identifiable Information] or tax return information on printers and fax machines.”

The warning is contained in Section 2.4.3 of the 207-page Health Insurance Marketplace Navigator Standard Operating Procedures Manual.

The same section asks navigators to “double-check” the fax number before faxing Obamacare enrollee’s tax returns.

380 But that $425 magically becomes $50 with subsidies. That's the part of O-Care that I think will in the long run make it like Medicare. For the LIV it will be $50 health insurance. And I'm not picking on WY, this is everywhere. Remember O-Care is nothing more than a tax transfer from rich to poor. Evil rich (maninly white) people will get no subsidies. Poor (mainly non-white) people will get tons of subsidies. So while Mr. Middle Class White Guy pays $425, his neighbor down the street, Jose Sanchez pays $50. And that's what Obama's intention was all along. He doesn't give a fuck if Mr. Middle Class White Guy is happy or not. He's never going to vote Democrat anyway. But Senor Sanchez will be thrilled with his new health plan and will be very generous with his Democrat votes in the future.

I think you miss just a little bit. They're aren't afraid of a short shutdown. A prolonged one is a different matter. If I were John Boehner I'd go to a better tanning salon. But on top of that, I'd *also* send bill after bill funding the government to the Senate. Every day a new bill. Continue to offer conference. Every. Day. But don't move on the core position that ObamaCare is poison. ObamaCare is delayed for 1 year for everyone (minimum), or no deal.

Because of the government shutdown, people will deface the Lincoln Memorial, mass killers will be roaming Navy bases, wild fires will kill a number of firefighters, our embassies and ambassadors will be in danger and possibly attacked and killed, major cities will declare bankruptcy and our economy will stall.

Eh, I'm not saying it's *not* a first world problem.

Hell it's barely a problem.

From our perspective we saved 5 days of furlough anyway we had budgeted for so taking a couple of days unpaid leave is a net neutral for us anyway.

We've been putting off house repairs to keep our cash reserves high in anticipation of this.  We've got about 2-3 months of post tax income stashed away before we'd have to hit the retirement accounts so it's not all that bad.

Part of my wife and my obsession is keeping cash reserves high in case of chaos.

400 The problem I see for republicans in this strategy is that their point of leverage (i.e. the shutdown) is something that Reid and Obama wanted all along. Therefore, its not really a leverage point and I fear it will backfire.

Of course Barky wants it.  It gives him a chance to do the only thing  he's good at other than smoking Reggie's pole - campaigning.  So he'll be out there blaming the shutdown for everything from dying pandas to foot odor.  The GOP simply needs to hold firm (ha!) and - I cannot stress this too much - state over and over and over again that the Senate shut down the government and if you can't get into the Smithsonian, it's because Barky soiled his diapers and wants you to clean it up.

Because they've basically declared that Obamacare cannot be stopped and that Congress is powerless over it. Am I the only one who thinks that is a stupid move? That means they are doubling down on owning it. To even suggest that the Republicans managed to stop anything about the ACA or Obamacare would give them a huge victory. They will own this trainwreck. 463 what if people discover the world goes on even if the government shuts down what if they really start to dislike the JEF? I believe these two are closely linked. Assume appropriate response. In other news, I had to take my car in to be looked at because I came back from vacation to find it making this intermittent rattling noise. Banging on the dashboard quit working so off it went this morning. Mechanic calls and it's a motor for a fan but luckily not the super expensive one to fix just the expensive one. He also said sooooo you did notice you have no tread on that tire right, yeah, you need to fix that. Since I would rather not go off the road in a flaming wreck, I agreed. There is a point to all this. So I'm looking at $700 in unanticipated expenses. I am now dithering on depleting the savings to pay it, since that's what the savings is there for, or putting it on the credit card I just paid off because I get 1.5% cash back on that and that's way more than the 0.0000001% I would get in the savings account. Use the card, get the 1.5%, then pay that bill with the savings account money and do the three week OPM float because hey that's way better. Yes, that's right, I now am pondering how great 1.5% return on something is. Thanks Federal Reserve! Thanks so much!

495 Another thought to cheer those succumbing to creeping Eeyoreism:

Even before the shutdown, liberals were going around and trying out new lines of total bullshit regarding Obamacare, such as its having been enacted by "bipartisan majorities". (Yes, they said that. Yes, with straight faces.)

What you should be reading between the lines when you suddenly hear liberals claiming that Obamacare was a "bipartisan" effort is that they suddenly realize Baucus was right: it's a "trainwreck".

As a result of said trainwreck, there going to be a whole lot of blame to spread around very shortly, and liberals have no intention whatsoever of taking all of that blame themselves. They'll do their damndest to tar the GOP with it as well, in the minds of low-information types.

What the recourse to the shutdown really does do is cement in even the dimmest of public consciousness that the GOP, or at least the House GOP, really did not like and did not want this trainwreck, and were willing to pick a fight to try to stop it.

That may pay major dividends down the line after the wrecked train catches on fire, explodes, and starts spewing lethal chemicals and radiation in all directions.

NBC NY: http://tinyurl.com/ndaxb2t

A man wielding scissors stabbed and slashed a 2-year-old boy, his father and three other people in a series of random attacks along a popular running and biking path on Manhattan's Upper West Side Tuesday morning.

One of the women, 36, was stabbed in the chest and is in critical condition, law enforcement officials said. A 32-year-old woman was injured in the neck, a 36-year-old man was stabbed in the stomach and the 35-year-old father of the boy was slashed on the chest. The toddler also had a slash wound.

Police have a 43-year-old suspect in custody who is described as a man who appears to be homeless and suffering from psychological problems...

533 Look, the only way that Obamacare EVER gets repealed is if the Republicans penetrate the LIV skulls that they are opposed to it and that Democrats want to keep it going.  Govt. shutdown is one way to apply this two by four message to the proverbial skull of public attention.

NO ONE--REPEAT NO ONE right now has the slightest idea of what the fallout will be.  RE Polling--instant snap polls are the worst possible measure because when the public is forced to take note of something--it takes a while for the public to come to a decision.  For those weenie staffers and weak kneed Congress critters on Capitol Hill-- take a deep breath, ignore the stupid polling, and avoid drenching yourself stench of panic.  Shutdown has occurred--now what.    For those advocating using the debt ceiling instead--govt shutdown effects are temporary but a default is forever.   While I expect the burning to come, I prefer that the sovereign debt crisis occur after I have crafted a better lifeboat.

The proper way to deal with this is to do nothing and pay the tax penalty. If you have a catastrophic illness or injury, ask the people in the ER for a Gold plan application, and pay one month on the spot. Pay one month at a time until you recover, and then stop paying.

Simple.

I am having a language problem or at least a problem with language.  This word "blame" is not being used correctly.

I congratulate both parties for shutting down (virtually, if not in reality) the federal government.  The word is "congratulate".  Celebrations should be had.

547 The proper way to deal with this is to do nothing and pay the tax penalty. If you have a catastrophic illness or injury, ask the people in the ER for a Gold plan application, and pay one month on the spot. Pay one month at a time until you recover, and then stop paying. Simple. Ahhh yes. I was hoping to call this the "akula plan", but you beat me to it.

554 Obamacare does not get funded unless the House decides it does.  It is as simple as that.  There is nothing the President, the Senate or the MSM can do about it until the next election.  If they cave and settle for less then they really are a bunch of pathetic and useless creatures.  In a negotiation the other side has to offer you something.  We want small government and the shutdown gives us that, so to act against our best interests in that regard the other side needs to offer us something big.

Bring us the head of Obamacare!

We can easily live with the government "shutdown" and be none the worse for it as a nation.  And it is one of the few times in several decades that something happened to staunch the growth of government, even if for only a moment.

This is as good as it gets for the moment and I intend to enjoy the hell out of it.

Typical Reid math, no wonder he hasn't passed a budget in four years.  If he did then the whole world would see the complete ineptness of Democrats.  All they are good at is politics.  People will soon find out that politics don't buy health insurance, you better shell out your own hard earned.

569 Very thorough take down of Gabe's pathetic post. It's interesting how Gabe notes that the media is blaming Republicans for the shutdown, while then bemoaning the fact that now they won't cover the Obamacare exchange website not working. Yes, Gabe, because the media who lies about Republicans would be rushing, nay, STAMPEDING, to cover that story. Such a joke.

570 Well, folks, when you DO get through (I managed it at 2:30 a.m. last night), brace yourselves:

Look up the difference in premiums between GRANDFATHERED and NON-GRANDFATHERED policies. The latter (what happens if you just opt out and pay the penalty-tax) will cost, in NY STate, TWICE what the "grandfathered" no-lapse in coverage plans will cost.

I.e., they will Git Yer Ass.

Also -- for the plans below Gold? there are many that say "coverage of pre-existing conditions is NOT REQUIRED."

Sorry for the caps, but wanted to give you a heads-up -- access to the various websites is the LEAST of your worries.
