That's what it looked like to me from that, something relatively harmless when it started that escalated (seemingly unnecessarily) after she attempted to leave\flee. Not that that action was particularly wise.

She thought the guy was crazy or not actually a cop or something. She didn't get in any trouble, but it was drama.

I look back on other more obvious terror attacks my mooslems and they denied it (guy running over people at UNC, Ft. Hood) and it is denied within minutes by FBI since 9/11. This chick is not named Betsy Ross and probably has a foreign-sounding mo-name. Therefore name not released. Slow to release race...but, boy, if she was a white lady we'd have known pronto, probably from the steps of Congress by Reid during the shelter in place.
