World's First 360 Degree Backflip, in a Car
— Ace

In a car. I think they do this with motorcycles all the time. Heck, they do it with bicycles.

Still. It's very neat.

UM. NO.

A commercial bus just is too heavy and imbalanced to make that.

If they did some extensive chassis work, then maybe.

Who knows? Did they put a bus shell on a smaller car? Like a parade float?

That might work but the shot looked to me like they cgi'd it in.

I've not seen the   movie, but that plot always confused me.   I gather that Denzel's character was supposed to be a pilot who successfully landed an otherwise doomed airliner, but he was supposedly    inebriated     at the time.   Right?   So the moral question was what punishment should he face, if any, for his      inebriated state   since he was able to save so many lives?    Yes?

How about, "The     same punishment anyone would face    for flying drunk and high.     Just because you didn't kill everybody doesn't mean you get a free pass."

Am I completely wrong in thinking this is a stupid idea for a movie?

Skateboards Wakeboards Rollerblades BMX bikes Snowboards Skis Motorcycles Snowmobiles Mini cars. What's next? Trend is to bigger and heavier vehicles. First person to backflip a bus? A limo? A tank? How about a speedboat? On the smaller scale -- has a surfer ever pulled off a flip? Is that a thing surfers can do?

88 20: I think it is also interesting that The Walking Dead shows us how to not deal with progressives. Hershel was rounding up zombies to wait for a cure. Governor Elvis wanted to experiment so he could cure his daughter. Same basic idea as the RINOs have in dealing with progs: we'll be nice to them and then some day in the distant future, they will be nice to us. It didn't work well for Hershel, it didn't work well for Governor Elvis, and it has not and will not work for McCain and his ilk. You try to be as nice to them as possible and you get a delivery van full of zombies driven into your compound.

92 I still can't get over Obama's going to Israel (for the first time ever) and Bibi is going to hang a big joooooo medal around Obama's neck for services in support of the State of Israel and Iron Dome...
I won't be suprised if Obama gets back home and goes around for the rest of his term, at least, in a turban and a beard.

==============

I wouldn't be surprised if he starts screaming in pain as soon as the medal is around his neck as he tries frantically ,and unsuccessfully to remove it.

Teach him to mess with G*d...

93 Now that Barky has the "flexibility" of a second term, Israel has to get pretty sneaky in handling him. Stroke his ego, wine and dine him. What else can they do with the clown?

94 Worthy link on the sidebar about the fact that geoscientists and meteorologists do NOT share the views of the DemMSM on global warming. The vaunted "consensus" is a myth. Oh hell. It's a LIE.

96 That's not a backflip, one goes backwards to do a backflip. The term you are groping for is "reverse".

97 If he chops 2/3 of that exit ramp off he's got the 720 nailed.  He could do that tomorrow.
