48% Now Want Obamacare Repealed
— Ace

If that sounds low to you -- it's not. It's high. Remember, more people oppose Obamacare than have been willing to say they wish to repeal it.

Good stuff. 48% is almost there.

Full report here.

Nearly half of all Americans with employer-based health insurance plans say more money is being taken out of their paychecks for health insurance compared to a year ago, and 44 percent are facing higher out-of-pocket expenses, including deductibles and co-payment, according to a report by the Princeton Survey Research Assocs. International and Bankrate.com.

Americans with annual household incomes between $50,000 and $74,999 with employer-based health insurance have been impacted most: 47% of respondents in this demographic report a negative effect on their health insurance, a much higher percentage than any other income levelÂ…

The survey shows that 48 percent of Americans would choose to repeal the Affordable Care Act, compared to 46 percent in September. Currently, only 36 percent would choose to keep it.

As someone said: Obama's main talent is taking money from people outside his electoral coalition and giving it to people inside it.

35 And the penance for being middle class in the Age of ObamaCare will only get higher.

It is an absolute certainty that the costs will go up immediately, will continue to increase, and, even with a temporary reprieve via subsidy, cannot be reduced because the subsidy is an illusion. It will be borrowed money which just shifts even higher costs down the timeline a bit only to be paid by... The Middle Class.

His electoral coalition is bigger than those of us outside it, by virtue of his election. The problem in this doesn't occur until the outsiders' money runs out, unfortunately.

157 YES, it is all true!
Our premiums increased by a third - so $1200. per year more.  Our deductibles increased - doubled.  Our policy now has all these different categories, or whatever they are called, and each of those now has a deductible and a limit per year.  These things are what has been sneaking up little by little since the fucking thing was made 'law".
We have a wavier AND we have what is considered a Cadillac plan, in fact any new hires where my husband works are not even being offered the plans the guys hired prior to three years ago all have.

Before New Years Day I had no problem setting an appointment, getting blood work done with a standing order, etc.  It's like a switch went off! Now my GP has to call in each order for bloodwork, which means I have to call her office first, remind them, and hope they call the lab.  Then I have to call the lab to confirm.  Before 2014 I just showed up when due, the order was always on file - easy.  They said new management will not allow that anymore.

I have a bitch of a dangerous surgery coming up, and I have been trying all week just to have a fucking person set up a five minute Nurse visit appointment for an injection which is due, and to set an appointment to meet with the surgeon.  Three days I have called -UHS- and three different people have taken my info and no one has called me back yet.  The call I placed today descended into me getting bitchy.  I am now even more frightened about the surgery.  I mean, if they can't even bother to call me back after nearly a week it makes me wonder how my case will be treated.  I seriously lost all confidence today, and I am kind of ashamed to admit it, but I have been crying half the day over this.

We'd already be there now, except for the weak kneed GOP LOSERship seems to think it's fine that O has given an exemption for some their crony donors -- they probably had a role in it and are quietly taking wheel barrels of crony O-Care exemption donations to the re-election bank.

Meanwhile, the long suffering small business Main Street businesses, employees and individuals responsible enough to have their own coverage take the hit a year or two earlier.  They join the Tea Party crowds still be hounded by the IRS as groups ignored by the GOP LOSERship.

Nothing much to see here -- just move along...
