The MSN website has a "breaking news" headline up. A State Senator here in California has been arrested by the Feds on corruption charges. The accused, Ronald Calderon, has responded by claiming that it's revenge for not recording various conversations with the majority leader in the State Senate.

Oh, and about halfway down the article, there's a picture of the guy that mentions he's a Dem. No other mention of his party affiliation in the article whatsoever.
