Charles and David Koch are one of the Â“main causesÂ” of climate change, charged Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid on the Senate floor.
Â“While the Koch brothers admit to not being experts on the matter, these billionaire oil tycoons are certainlyÂ… experts at contributing to climate change. ThatÂ’s what they do very well. They are one of the main causes of this. Not a cause, the main cause,Â” Reid said.

Emmanuel Goldstein emails, "Sheesh, Harry, don't you think this hating on the Kochs is a bit excessive?"

"Not at all," replies Reid:

Â“Charles and David Koch are waging a war against anything that protects the environment. I know that sounds absurd, but itÂ’s true,Â” Reid said. Â“In the Senate now we are considering an energy efficiency bill. WhoÂ’s working against that more than anyone else? The Koch brothers.Â”

25 Is there a limit to what Reid can say? He's basically calling them terrorists. At what point is he crossing the line into inciting violence? It seems like Reid is purposefully trying to make them afraid of stepping out in public. Shouldn't the House or Senate be trying to censure Reid at this point? I am convinced that Langone, who was being pilloried by Eliot Spitzer, provided the resources to take a good hard look on Spitzers life and eventually crushed him.
