Speculation, Rumors: Hillary Clinton's Health Is Poorer Than Disclosed

Of course we knew this chatter was coming since Hillary's health scare a couple of years ago.

There's not much in this story except for speculations and reports on the rumors. The rumors, of course, speculate that she won't run for president, due to health problems. There are reports in the National Enquirer and Globe, but their reliability is, of course, shaky.*

Asked about her health on Thursday, Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill said in an email to The Daily Caller: ”To your question, very caring of you to ask. She’s 100%.”

But the rumors suggesting otherwise date back to the end of 2012, when ClintonÂ’s health made headlines as she finished her term as secretary of state: aides explained then that she developed a stomach virus, hit her head, suffered a concussion and subsequently developed a blood clot in her brain but was being medicated and was expected to recover.

Obviously, I have no idea. Without evidence, I take this to be the normal sort of chatter you hear about every presidential candidate.

* I know people will point out, accurately, that the National Enquirer has nailed some stories (such as John Edwards' love child) that the media would not touch. And of course that's true.

However, the National Enquirer's claim that Hillary has "brain cancer" or an "inoperable brain tumor" date back to 2012, and the story said that details were leaking out. The suggestion, it seems to me, was that the secret wouldn't hold, and general reportage would soon be catching up with the National Enquirer.

But here we are, more than a year later, and the secret, if it exists, still holds. And if she does have a secret, it looks like she's going to be able to keep it.

38 Regarding the brain tumor though, my Aunt had brain cancer for 10 years. It wasn't until the last 2 years or so before her death that it was really, really noticeable. She eventually was having so many seizures that they had to sever the hemispheres of her brain, but up until that point she was fairly functional.

I lend little credence to the rumors even though the National Enquirer is more credible than most other news sources. And even if the rumors are true and she's seriously ill, Hillary Clinton would scale the gates of Hell and rise mouldering and worm-eaten from the grave to attain the presidency. I don't think she would allow failing health, no matter how bad, to keep her from her heart's desire.

323 She's a drunk. I have a family member that is an alcoholic, and at Hillary's age in her life was doing the same things. She isn't the drink all the time type of alcoholic, she is the goes on a bender type of alcoholic. The differences are what is scary. An alcoholic that kind of drinks constantly is what people call a "functioning alcoholic", meaning, you never know that they are drunk. Yes, they eat a lot of breathmints and gum, and they wear a lot of perfume/cologne, but they are able to function remarkably well. The bender or "binge alcoholic" is the scary one. Any kind of stressful event will send them into an incoherent drunken stupor for days or weeks. They don't respond to anyone, go into hiding, and those around them try to "protect them" from outsiders. My family member was this type, and she would go on benders for a week or so and it was like she disappeared off the face of the earth. Didn't come to family functions, wouldn't answer the phone, wouldn't answer the door, and just let things fall to shit during that time. We at first tried to help out and clean up after them, but it didn't help, so we stopped. If you notice, the media and the Dems are all out protecting Hillary! because they know she is/was a drunk. That is why the GOP didn't go after her at the Benghazi hearings and protected her because when the 3am phone call came, she was passed out drunk on the divan while Barry had Reggie nuts deep in his guts playing "Hearts". Notice how little the media covered her while Secretary of State. Notice how little coverage she gets now, even with all these events happening in the world today, there is not one interview with Hillary! anywhere.

Then she developed a transverse venous thrombosis in her brain which is treated with warfarin (if it had been an intracerebral hemorrhage, you absolutely don't treat it with blood thinners as it will get bigger). I am not sure if she is on warfarin at this time or if they did blood work and found a hypercoagulable disorder (like anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome or Leiden V Factor deficiency or Protein C or S deficiency).

If her health was that bad and not running, she would withdraw now.  She is sucking up all the oxygen for the 2016 Dems and some of the money from the 2014 terms.  Other than Joey B., there is not a Dem known nationally right now who could win.  Her approval of the machine around her, implies she is running or at least undecided.  I don't think the Clintons believe they owe anyone spit, let alone Joey B.  Thus, the longer she hangs around, the more likely it is Joey B. runs unopposed. 

Her health may be bad, but she has not made up her mind.  or, she has and as a noncandidate-candidate, gets $250K a speech, and her price could go down as an official noncandidate.
