9 In another outrageous action a federal idiot allows a CA HS to ban shirts with the American flag on it because it may "offend" Hispanic students celebrating Cinco De Mayo.  The excuse given is that the school has a history of strife between the gangs (guess who) and other students.  One doesn't have to be a rocket science to see why. The "Gangs" dictate school policy.  It seem that "zero tolerance" only applies to "white" American children.


What should happen is all students celebrating Cinco De Mayo should be expelled and those who are illegals deported.   Oh, the federal judge?  Remove him from the bench, apply boiling tar, feather, and a fast trip to another State; preferably not mine.

10 We saw a few days ago that the unions were going to flood the elections with cash targeting Republicans.  Now Planned Parenthood, who BTW gets large sums of money from the government, is going to do the same thing.  Since all money is fungible it is the equivalent of using taxpayer money as a campaign chest, which is illegal.  If the GOP had any balls they would call for an injunction and sue. (Because we know Holder would never prosecute.)

56 I went and skimmed that Volkh article to see how he approached it since I covered the same thing.  He said essentially the same thng I said except he approached it from the "Heckler's Veto" standpoint and the judge.


Whereas I said the school system should have took action on the thugs.  But WTH, all schools now are run by PC apologists so he is perhaps right.  When the local authorities fail to act then the courts have to.  except in the case of CA courts they are even worse than the school Systems.

Now,  the thing that makes this interesting is she was part of the Obama campaign in 2008, and even tried to have a street named "Barak Obama Blvd," so you really don't have to play "guess the party" here. 

What I want to  know though is, don't they usually call this sort of thing stealing?  And isn't that against the law?  Like, if you took a candy bar out of a store, they would prosecute you for it?

No prosecution I can see here.  I wonder if that has anything to do with the fact that St. Louis city is completely owned by one party, the same one to which this broad belongs.

173 With a four year degree and his athletic achievements, Amidon should have pretty much every option open to him, he'll still have to make the cut, go to the schools, etc., but I see no reason why he couldn't become a SEAL in the long run.

.You have to join first but you can get a Buds guarantee on your annex.  After that it's up to the person to pass all of the tests in Boot Camp for Buds or they go to the fleet non-designated.

188 One other thing on that "integration issue".  The blacks had already had the ability to request to go to that HS and would be accepted cart-blache.  There were only somewhere between 5 and 10 who opted for that.  They preferred to keep their own school, which infra-structurewise was in better shape than our because it was much newer.


After another visit by the meddling DOJ the city was force to shut their school down and move them all.  That's when the trouble started.


Look at the situation now in most cities where they have schools in different parts of town.  It is just like what was happening there.  The blacks prefer to go to the schools in their neighborhood and the whites in theirs.


IOW segregation is back and the DOJ is strangely silent.

211 @162-FenelonSpoke, I don't think you are grumpy at all.  Just seems like that story this morning kinda got to you.  The Berry College site has a live cam set-up on an eagles nest.  The pair of eagles have been nesting there for the past few years and the college put a nest-cam up this year.  I've been following mom and dad eagle for several weeks now.  They have two eggs in the nest, well one hatched a couple of days ago.  The other is due to hatch at any time.  Mom eagle is amazing, the way she takes care of her egg and baby chick.  Dad eagle brings them food.  They have really struggled with the weather, ice, snow, thunderstorms.  Anyway, watching these eagles struggle to raise their young just seems more importent than what some idiot does in Washington DC or some judge does in California.  Makes me wonder sometimes, are we the "intelligent" ones on this earth?  Animals have every right to mock us.

You should have seen me yesterday.  Apparently Crispy Christie was in MA for some reason and the ambulatory chlamydia strain calling itself Mike Capuano (A Dem scumbag rep for the 7th congressional district) said it was an embarrassment to have him in the state.  I began screaming at the TV that the real embarrassment was that Capuano was walking around without - well, I can't post without what, but suffice to say it concered massive physical injury.  I practically pulled a sven, I was shaking so much with rage.
