Happy Monday.

The feminist porn professor who attacked prolife demonstrators because she'd been "triggered" by their signs will be arraigned on April 4. She faces charges for theft, battery, vandalism, and embarrassing public stupidity.

Wow. The sinkhole of bureaucracy. Not as much a metaphor as you'd think.

Page Six says CNN anchors Bill Weir, Don Lemon and Jake Tapper are in a "death match" for Piers Morgans soon-to-be-vacant time slot.

30 23 Posted by: Mary Poppins' Practically Perfect Piercing at March 24, 2014 07:01 AM (zF6Iw) I've got a good Marvin tale. On the action flick "Death Hunt" one of Marvin's co-stars was Andrew Stevens, who was a wise ass and difficult, especially with director Peter Hunt, who Stevens constantly picked on mostly because the former was very effeminate. On one take, Stevens was particularly cruel to him and stopped in the middle to mock the director, "Peter, what's my motivation?!" Marvin had had enough. In front of the entire cast and crew, he pulled the punk Stevens aside and got right in his face, "your motivation is to do what the director tells you or I'll kick your teeth in." From then on, the shoot when smoothly.

40 From the state of Alaska commission that tracks the status of Prince George Sound since the oil spill. "How many animals died outright from the oil spill? No one knows. The carcasses of more than 35,000 birds and 1,000 sea otters were found after the spill, but since most carcasses sink, this is considered to be a small fraction of the actual death toll. The best estimates are: 250,000 seabirds, 2,800 sea otters, 300 harbor seals, 250 bald eagles, up to 22 killer whales, and billions of salmon and herring eggs." http://www.evostc.state.ak.us/index.cfm?FA=facts.QA These numbers are estimates, methodology not described at this link. I cannot find mention of how many orca carcasses were actually found, leading me to wonder if the actual number was zero.

54 Entirely too much of what we call "science" consists of, "we don't know the actual number (because we can't count it or we are trying to gauge the future), but we would like it to sound really impressive so we are going to use a worst-case scenario or 'computer modeling' or just pull a big number out of thin air (HWAG)." 88 The Cave Canem is a floor mosaic. If you look at the wall paintings or the funeral portraits from Egypt they are much more realistic. The landscape wall paintings look a bit odd to us because they didn't use a single focal point perspective--they would have multiple focal points so depending on where you stood you would have a different view.

92 64. Just some guy timing, chronology, not to mention symbol v. function. In the earliest age, if art is reflective of the greatest mysteries, why would the artist utilize realism? For instance, European "Dark Age" Medieval Era artistic disregard for perspective realism. It wasn't as if all the art decorating the greatest of Rome's architectures left in ruins were invisible between the fall of (Constantine's) Rome and the Renaissance revival of humanism. Whereas, when worshiping the mortal body and sophistries accumulating "all the world", materialism requires literal expression with no room for the "outmoded" great mysteries said to be "dead". I agree with you in principle. However I do not have the resources to do much in the "what is legal" area. With limited resources, I must look to make the most of what I have, and that will likely soon be illegal, if it's not already so.

Looking at the long list of what is now criminal, and at the nature of those who enforce the law, I have grown comfortable with the idea of being an outlaw. That is where I believe I will be able to have the most impact and provide the most benefit to honest folk.

103 64 The "Beware the dog" thing in the sidebar has me wondering: any art historians know why Greek and Roman sculpture was so incredible, but their two-dimensional art was so (relatively) primitive? Posted by: Just some guy at March 24, 2014 07:42 AM (mTM2n) As a non art historian but who has watched a lot of art history documentaries, I think realism in sculpture was rather late or relatively late. They also think they made molds of the human body for casting bronze statutes. I love the dog mosaic in the sidebar but I wouldn't call it primitive -- just stylized. As far as primitive painting, it was primitive well into the middle ages. I think of all those paintings of the brit and french kings and queens with the goofy faces. Though the Wilton Tryptich of Richard II from around 1390 isn't primitive. http://www.history.ac.uk/richardII/wilton.html

Early one morning he's walking along the Appian Way when a herd of sheet go running across behind him. He said he felt he had been transported back in time 2000 years. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

What news reports we get indicates that I am about as likely to be attacked by government goons as by hoodlums. Using only anectdotal evidence, I'd put it at 50/50.

Against hoodlums, I have a decent chance. Against government goon squads, I would be lucky to take one with me. So I arm myself for protecting me and mine from the hoodlums, whilst, exercising Irish democracy against the government. Between this and the Grace of God, I think my family will come out the other side of this transformation.

Calm down everyone. These fetuses are being incinerated. It takes a lot of energy to do that. Imagine trying to heat your house by burning legs of lamb: it can't be done.

Now look at the other side: the women who carried these fetuses are surely able to ask to take them home and bury them, should they so wish. So why blame the hospitals if they don't? Why should strangers care more for them than their own mothers do?

I clicked the Drudge headline.  It's important to know your enemy, his tactics and his methods.

It's also important to know how far he's willing to go.  That tells you how far youhave to be willing to go to survive.

For those of you not clicking:  the remains of 15,000 aborted babies were incinerated to - in part - help heat (efficiently, dontcha know?) the hospital.  That is the enemy.  That is the measure of their resolve.

I can only think of one other person who systematically burned tens of thousands of people.

186 Levin's Proposal When all is said and done, what would one more layer of icing accomplish when it is the meat of the matter that we demand? The Constitution exists. Rule of Law exists. Whether or not they are HONORED, they exist, even in dishonor while contemptuously submerged by the political class of pirates. "Take no part in the destructive works of darkness, but instead expose them." Ephesians 5:11 /prime Levin's idea for a Constitutional Convention, to prove his theory correct, may or may not be effective. I do not discount his proposal, though I wonder. If indeed his amendment were accomplished, would having another law accomplish ACCOUNTABILITY? "Suddenly" corrupt authoritarians would be swept from power? Whatever removal from power must occur in order to cleanse the cup within rather than another scrub on the exterior, focus on achieving the inner cleansing, the piercing of the insulated bubble "too big to fail" that is the infested pimple called post-constitutional by the very serfs selling it to the likes of US citizenry. If it takes Levin's Proposal in order to organize constitutional conservatives and Classical Liberals together to function efficiently in the removal of authoritarianism? Then go to. Just don't expect another law to "make" things right or to alter the balance of power. It is what the citizenry MAKE of Constitutional Rule of Law that "is" our saving grace. And we don't need another amendment to supposedly make the Constitution relevant. Elections matter. RESCIND THE PATRIOT ACT with all its authoritarianism "gifted" for our own desecration, stealing (WERE THAT POSSIBLE) our inalienable rights. When a voter supports the candidate with the most financial backing, that voter is buying his own slavery. That much is clear. Not saying the most economically challenged candidates are genius in disguise; but by far the most likely the lesser of poisons and more easily purged when proven unsatisfactory. Everyone's corruptible. The more people involved in government, the more corruption; hence, smaller is by far better. "He who is a slave against his will, will be able to become free. He who has become free by favor of his master, and has sold himself into slavery, will no longer be able to be free." -- Jesus' Gospel from Philip

Right.   Now imagine heating your house by burning   many, many, many legs of lamb.    And not just lamb, but also more traditional heating and energy producing methods, such as coal or oil or even the blessed solar and wind power.     Because you can do that, Sunny Jim.   And they DO do it.  Notice that not a g-ddamn   "person" in the article denies that this is precisely what they do.

Now look at the other side: the women who carried these fetuses are surely able to ask to take them home and bury them, should they so wish. So why blame the hospitals if they don't?

You're so sure that the mothers (and fathers, you colossal ass)   are given those choices?    Really?   Because I'm not.  In fact I'm quite certain they aren't   in   some of these cases.     And in    cases where they ask for their dead babies to be cremated,   I'm sure they   expect that the cremation is handled responsibly and with reverence,   not by tossing the   "fetal remains" (what a disgusting phrase)   into   the    hospital's charnel furnace.

Why should strangers care more for them than their own mothers do?

I pray to God this Telegraph     commenter never has children.   I pray that with all   my heart.

Looking around at my neighbors, even here in Texas, I think we will fall to despotism first.

Folks just love their comfort too much.

So I'm the president of our HOA.  I spend quite a bit of my time explaining to the other board members -- and one guy in particular -- that our HOA does NOTNOTNOT damn your fucking eyes does NOT!!! have police powers.  And we cannot spend member dues on just whatever strikes our fancy as a fun idea.

See, we have bylaws.  And actual deed restrictions.  That have been written down, like unto the Laws of Hammaurabi.  And abiding by and providing enforcement of those written things is all we get to do.

And this is just stunningly difficult for these people to get their heads around.  In Texas.  ==> Ace's mantra:  People are awful.

Pfft.   Vendette is far too classy    for your schemes.

(And     yes, I realize that means I'm saying I'm NOT too classy for your schemes, but I'm choosing to   keep that close to the vest for the moment.  A girl's got to have SOME    mystery.

...

Well    shit.)

Why didn't you come to me like a man and tell me the Earth wasn't going to end in 2012?

229 One word: Baal. Posted by: Circa (Insert Year Here) at March 24, 2014 08:54 AM (659DL) btw, read up on Ba'al yesterday morning It's the Semitic word for Lord (no distinction between a royal lord or a title for El god) and was used by the Hebrews as by other Canaanite tribes and centers of civilization from Sumer (Abraham's origin) and beyond as languages and cultures relate. It wasn't until Jezebel in Israel that the revisionist faction of Hebrew scribes used the word as we think of today, to represent false gods.

231 Soooo....you need to get crack-a-lackin on a rant. Cause you're gonna have to read something. And if there's no rant available that's up to snuff....you're reading a passage from 50 Shades. Selected by me and Bannion.

Here's a rant for you. I'm in Jacksonville tending to my father in law's business because he's in the hospital for physical therapy...and I didn't even know he was admitted in the first damn place, I only heard about it because the VA called and told me they were transferring him.

Seems he's got a new "gal pal" who is "taking care of things" for him, which apparently includes shutting the family out of every piece of news or decision making process, to include shutting the ringer off in his room and telling his sister that all messages had to go through her. WTF???

Hellfire and damnation are far too good for the bottom feeding scum sucking parasitical whoresons and toadlickers who prey on the elderly in the wane of their days. Suitable punishments are not available on this side of the veil, such persons should have whatever pathetic remnants of a soul they have left stripped and flayed and dipped in acid, and even that is not enough.

I have a feeling that before this is done I'm going to need a stiff drink...and very likely will need something to shoot at.

232 232. 26K-year cycles Dec 2012 the RENEWAL of time. Their Astrological or Cosmic Calendar designated the period that just ended as The Dark Age and the onset of time now as the Conscious Age. Hillary missed 'reset' by that much. Get Smart/stuck on stupid.

233 236. GGE, get a lawyer -- there must be some who provide pro bono advisory first consultation if not a video "how to" defang the seductress. This is too common amongst veterans, easy pickings for the black widow parasites. Did your dad really give her legal authority? Contest, contest, contest his state of mind if he did. Or let it be.

Father in law, and according to his lawyer no POA's have been filed after the one my daughter got, so not as far as I know. I'm still listed as his emergency contact with the VA. Her name isn't anywhere, but she's there nonetheless.
