— Gabriel Malor Happy Wednesday.
Justice Scalia had a tough day yesterday.
Democratic Congressman Bennie Thompson went on a New Nation of Islam radio show to call Justice Thomas an "Uncle Tom" and Sen. McConnell a racist.
I expect stay requests in capital cases will get extra scrutiny after a lethal injection in Oklahoma last night left the inmate semi-conscious and convulsing before finally killing him 40 minutes later. Gov. Fallin postponed the other execution scheduled for yesterday.
Gotta love the scare quotes around "gays." And that poll. And please, I beg you, read the quotes from Buddy Smith.
Illinois Gov. Quinn's reelection race just got harder. A grand jury is looking into his anti-violence "slush fund" spending.

A person's sexual preferences are a private matter, regardless. That's etiquette eons before PC bullshit. Forcing sexuality into Alinsky mode has nothing to do with love or respect for anything beyond grotesque abuses of pernicious power.
The homosexual community and individuals within the USA have "more special" legal standing protections than heterosexuals.
A constitutional conservative could say that is no thanks to the revisionist likes of neo-you.name.its [neo-conservative, neo-liberal, noe-classical] -- the "in crowd" (gotta belong where the getting's good butter idjits) functioning under the Borg post-constitutional era. Resistance, futile, assimilated.
So get over the self inflicted butthurt, and go protest where homosexuality is illegal, or at least at borders in/surrounding Muslim regions if that's your evangelical call, to convert the h8ters of "open" life styles.
Or admit you're full of yourselves, Gabe; because REAL problems like human trafficking and organized crime running US governance are beyond your personal and professional capacity to give a shit.

There is no way The Powers That Be will let Sterling collect dollar one, much less a $680 million profit (assuming the team would sell for the $700 million it's worth).

Also to consider, National Sport Franchises are propaganda tools, extremely effective economic "incentives" -- (laws and real circumstances weren't given due respect when the NFL refused to fulfill their superbowl in the Fiesta stadium, AZ State Legislature honoring and observing National MLK Day but not a paid holiday fiasco) -- legalities like contract law were thrown under "Obama's" Federal Government bus first thing (corporate GM auto taxpayer-funded "bail-out" stripping investors).

Especially when the "conservative" portion of "The Five" opined that banning Sterling for life, fining him the maximum $2.5 million allowed, and making clear he would be forced to "sell" the team wasn't enough. No; he will be stripped of the franchise with exactly $0.00 in compensation (really, a $2.5 million payment to the NBA and untold millions to the lawyers of both sides when he unsuccessfully sues for the "privilege" of being stripped of the franchise).

For the life of me, I can't figure out what was so objectionable to the
quotes from Buddy Smith. Maybe this one?: Smith offers a word of
caution for those who do business with facilities posting the decal
supporting homosexual activism. "If you do that, you are agreeing with
these businesses that Christians no longer have the freedom to live out
the dictates of their Christian faith and conscience," he tells
OneNewsNow.
I guess I don't necessarily agree with that statement, but I can see where he's coming from.
Posted by: mugiwara at April 30, 2014 09:09 AM (W7ffl)
I would suspect Gabe's reply would be that, Mr. Smith is free to live out the dictates of his Christian faith and conscience at home and at church, but if he offers a product or service to the public, then he must abide by the rules of the marketplace and serve all comers. I don't particularly like the "don't want to bake cakes for gays? Then don't start a bakery!" argument, but that's what it seems to boil down to.
I suspect Gabe also dislikes Smith's characterization of homosexuality as a sin. Nobody likes to be told they're sinful.

I agree with the other guy, those stories do not make a difference.
There are some people that shift their whole being on themselves, therefore if abortion of a perfectly healthy child is threatened, it is bad for their own self worth because it might hint that they are not that important after all. Then there are other people who recognize, regardless of the fact that they have children themselves, that it is not about them but it is about another life and simply shift the balance from themselves to another being.
In my small experience, all the people who were in favor of abortion always and in any case were extremely self-centered and selfish, even tho they liked to talk of themselves as generous.
Same of people who were against abortion, they were the most willing to give a helping hand when needed.

At this point writing about ghey sex would be an improvement to his constant condescending tone towards anybody that does not bow down to the gheys.
Posted by: fromabroad at April 30, 2014 06:08 AM (kdlP1)
Only a straight man can understand 'the other half'.
Your other half is not your your pedicure, your distant cousin or your granny. Even straight men who end up alone/single/without a woman experience interaction with women in a way that ghey man do not.
I rest my case, it is just enough that you notice the pure and unadulterated hatred that many lesbians have for males or male body parts, it is really unlikely that the opposite is not true for gheys.
Think about it, if less women are around, males turn to other males.

Mars and Venus, Ying and Yang, positive and negative.
Whoever ends up in this dichotomy (which cannot be reproduced with a relative, a dear friend etc), can fully understand 'the other'.
From the beginning of times regardless of latitude, males and females have been complementary. Modern psychology is founded on the 'little girl watching her mother and her relationship with the father' and vice versa for males.
They can fuck a cow for all I care but regardless of their claims to 'understand' women, no thanks, they don't.
When you see a ghey talking about women, they are talking about a caricature of woman (over-exaggerated gestures, make up, clothing), probably the one they have in mind when they role play with their partner. A heterosexual male would never speak of a woman like that, even the ones that claim to hate women. At the end of the day just for the sake of being heterosexual, they must buy the product. A ghey man does not.
Final evidence, their complete disregard of motherhood when they selfishly buy children from surrogates. It is beyond me how nobody ever calls them out on that. For centuries all sorts of pediatricians, doctors and specialists have stressed how important is the mother figure to a child, immediately after birth, but yet we have a baby market that manufactures children for a category of people that is completely self-absorbed. Granted, even heterosexuals such as Robert DeNiro who had children from a surrogate is disgusting to me and he is obviously one full of issues. It is not a coincidence that he is also a die hard leftist.
I would say the same about 2 lesbians depriving a child of a father. Same condemnation.
If this is not the true war on women, I don't know what it is.

I don't believe in this bullshit of 'I was born this way' and later I found out I was ghey.
Science is against them, literature is against them. The most famous homosexual in history is Oscar Wilde. I quote from Wikipedia who quotes from a reliable source.
'According to Daniel Mendelsohn, Wilde, who had long alluded to Greek Love, was "initiated into homosexual sex" by Ross, while his "marriage had begun to unravel after his wife's second pregnancy, which left him physically repelled".'
The majority of homosexuals are repelled by the female body or in general are pretty nasty toward women (there are several examples of it, they merely hide it well and treat women as the useful idiots that they are), others just find it easy to find sexual gratification in men because they are more available, more willing to do anything, less picky etc. Your example does not hold ground since homosexuality is a (poor) choice. You do not 'happen' to become ghey, you simply decide women are too disgusting (especially if they are not 25 anymore and do not look like Meghan Fox).
Want more evidence? the amount of 'women' who 'become' lesbian are all the kind that was repeatedly beaten up and abused by men. Yet nobody ever questions that this is the only reason why they turned to other women.
The rest is politics. They ghey mafia produced mountains of money and unlimited power for their adepts, it was a win-win situation for them.
They are literally worshiped and have all the importance and lavish admiration they craved for. They would be willing to say or do anything to stay in power. They have surpassed blacks in the aggrieved minority chart, while having had none of the tribulations black people had.

"Gay misogynists exist, but there are a plenty more straight misogynists."
Considering ghey man are 1% of the population and straight men are roughly 49% of the population, of course there might be MORE hetero misogynists, but as I said, at the end of the day the hetero misogynists buys the product. A ghey does not. Feel free to underestimate the power of sex, the history of humanity tells us otherwise.
If, as you say, ghey misogynists are few and far between, how come nobody from the ever talkative ghey community came out to distance themselves from the words of Dan Savage, who said that the female vulva looked like canned meat splattered on the ground (or something like that).
I guess it would be easy for the ghey you praise so much to put this idiot at his place.
I know if the same sentence was said by a conservative straight men he would have been crucified.
Care to explain to me what do we gain from shielding gheys from all sorts of criticism? Care to explain what you want to achieve by relentlessly defending them?

Then hope that 100% of hetero males become ghey so the world will be perfect then and you will be surrounded by millions of hair stylists.
I am done with you since you are just a worshiping star struck useful idiot.
If your ghey friends have no problem telling you in your face that they think motherhood is an outdated concept because 2 ghey males can effectively replace a mother and a father and you tell yourself that they are right, then the problem is you, not them.

I answered. The fact you are not able to understand what I wrote, its your problem, not mine.

I have never said such a thing, however from recent events we gather than thinking bad about blacks equates the slavery days, I can safely assume that thinking bad about heterosexual women (or even men) can be equated to be misogynists or anti-heterosexuals
"If you'd like to share where you get your impression of gay men as misogynists, I'd like to see that---unless you pulled it out of your own ass, which I kind of suspect."
If you weren't so star struck about the gheys as you are you would know by now that every negative press about them is very well covered.
However I make this effort for you, in hope you would think twice about accusing others of 'pulling data out of the ass'
On this blog is very difficult to post links, the post is not accepted and I would have to use tiny url for all of them, so I am posting them with some spaces in it

I agree with you on all of your 3 micro points. However, as to your unstated macro point (that the new law is wrong), I emphatically disagree. Businesses should have the liberty to refuse to do business with anyone they don't want to do business with. The sticker campaign is the perfect response to that kind of free market. If some businesses don't want certain kinds of trade, then it is great that there are other businesses willing to pick up the slack. Customers can makes their choices accordingly and let the market work.
I recognize that that kind of model will not work for some kinds of businesses, the water company for example, but those situations should be treated as the exception, not the rule.

++++
The quote from Buddy Smith is as follows:
Buddy Smith, executive vice president of Tupelo-based American Family Association, offers his take on the sticker campaign.
"It's not really a buying campaign, but it's a bully campaign," he says, "and it's being carried out by radical homosexual activists who intend to trample the freedom of Christians to live according to the dictates of scripture.
"They don't want to hear that homosexuality is sinful behavior – and they wish to silence Christians and the church who dare to believe this truth."
Smith offers a word of caution for those who do business with facilities posting the decal supporting homosexual activism. "If you do that, you are agreeing with these businesses that Christians no longer have the freedom to live out the dictates of their Christian faith and conscience," he tells OneNewsNow.
Buddy is objecting to the sticker campaign. The sticker campaign is designed so that businesses who wish to advertise that they want the business of homosexuals, can put the sticker in their windows. Homosexuals and others who are supportive can choose to prefer businesses with the stickers.
I disagree with Buddy, in that he seems to think that it is objectionable for some businesses to make it known that they are friendly to homosexuals and want their business. I don't see what his problem is. If businesses should be free to say that they do not want to bake a cake for a gay wedding, then other businesses should also be free to let it be known that they would be happy to bake that cake. If you got the green, they want your business.
