11 How does one get to the "regular site" as opposed to this irregular site? Is this just occasional irregularity or does the site need to see a doctor?

12 DNS (the system that points domain names to the right server) should update automatically. In fact, our DNS is configured to update within five minutes.

If you're still seeing this site, your ISP probably sucks. You can work around that by setting your DNS server to a high-quality open server like 1.1.1.1.
