— Ace I tweeted that there's no way that Obama could be the Anti-Christ, because Satan wouldn't be incompetent. And could successfully pronounce the word "corpsman."
Here are some more Obama's not Satan arguments.
One guy just wrote "Satan wouldn't have claimed he'd visited all 12 circles (of hell)," which is a decent joke.
This good ad about this SCOAMF got me started.
The ridiculous pompadoured ponce of racial arson, Al Sharpton, blabbled that the GOP is in a "mad rush to its extreme white wing, so I started an Al Sharpton is Not Blacula one, too.
Blacula chomps into the necks of supple young virgins. Not goditos double-fisted two-at-a-time.
So anyway I'm dropping these jokes and I'm like, "Um, don't I have a blog where we do these jokes?" Sorry.
And since this is just a catch-all post-- you know when I kept saying lawyers would soon be involved with the Keith Olbermann Situation? (Which should be the name of his show -- The Situation with Keith Olbermann.)
Lawyers are involved in the Keith Olbermann situation.
The newsman has tapped high-powered lawyer Patricia Glaser to "determine his rights" in his five-year contract, an individual close to him told TheWrap.Meanwhile, executives at Current TV said that relations – especially those with Current CEO Joel Hyatt – were at a breaking point after deteriorating over the past several months.
“I hope Keith is part of our future, but it’s up to Keith,” an executive with Current who declined to be identified told TheWrap. "Keith set us in the right direction and we’re on that path now … and as I’ve learned over the years, everybody is replaceable.”
Glaser would only tell TheWrap that "the lawyers are communicating."
Keith Olbermann is also not Satan, because Satan could drive a car.

— Maetenloch Yet Another O'Quiz
This is the special end of the year version of the Bill O'Reilly weekly quiz (that BOR has almost nothing to do with) and it's hard.
Even with educated guessing I only managed this score:

In my defense I did eat a lot of paint chips over the holidays so that may have played a role.
But the average score so far is only 10.73 so I'm an above average retard. And that's all it takes to make me Philosopher-King of all of Gardasilia.

— Ace Yes, a third post.
This is nothing less than an assault by President Obama on the entire institution of the Senate. And it appears to serve no purpose other than Obama telling the Senate that he will do whatever he darn well pleases.I can safely say that this is the ballsiest thing I have ever seen a President do that served absolutely no meaningful purpose at all. If Congress – and I am including Congressional Democrats in this – takes this lying down, it will set a breathtaking precedent and instantaneously demolish a significant part of Congress’ relevance. Consider that if Congress allows this to stand, then the next Republican President might just announce Jay Sekulow for his next SCOTUS appointment, and then two weeks later when the Senate breaks for the weekend, declare them in recess and appoint him to the Court. If Democrats consider this to be an undesirable view of the future, I would suggest that they figure out a way to cooperate with Republicans in making Obama pay a very real price for this blatant slap at their constitutional authority.
Harry Reid, by the way, used the same tactic of non-recessing Senate sessions to block a would-be Bush appointee. It appears (correct me if I'm wrong) that Bush respected the Constitution and did not dream up a unilateral power to trump Reid.
Drew says Obama only serves power. I say "ego." He's treating a 230 year old Constitution that has served us well as if it's a mere game. If he "wins," he gets more adulation from his demended ballsucking cultists.

— Ace I meant to do this so much earlier.
Olbermann is, again, making a spectacle of his fundamental inability to get along with anyone.
“I was not given a legitimate opportunity to host under acceptable conditions,” Olbermann said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter on Wednesday. “They know it and we know it. Telling half the story is wrong.”
There is no I in teamwork, but there is one in Special Comment.
Here's the memo sent to the Countdown staff by an executive:
To the Countdown Staff....I wanted to clarify tonight's programming, as I gather there may be some misunderstanding about what is on when.
As we assumed Keith had communicated to you, Keith was asked to be the sole anchor and executive producer of our primary and caucus coverage. He declined.
We then made other plans to have our 4 hours of prime time election coverage tonight hosted by Al Gore, Jennifer Granholm, and The Young Turks. We tried several times to have Keith participate in our coverage, including being the lead anchor for the 8p hour tonight, incorporated with our election group in the Los Angeles studio and produced in the LA control room. We have a special election graphic package, live remotes, caucus feeds, etc.
There will be NO stand-alone Countdown tonight. For those of you at work who might be preparing a program, I apologize your managers did not communicate this to you. See you back on the air tomorrow night.
I don't understand the dispute, and part of this might be legal maneuvering on the part of either or both side to demonstrate a willingness to work with the other party (like, if someone suspects there might a court involved in the future).
Is the argument about whether or not Olbermann would host the caucus coverage and be executive producer of it versus whether it would be specifically branded as Countdown with Keith Olbermann hosting the coverage?
Is that it? A dispute about whether Keith Olbermann's name and franchise would go above the title, as they'd say in Hollywood (aka Frank Capra's It's a Wonderful Life)?
Whose ego would walk over such a silly distinction?
Ohhhh. Right.
I don't know. All I know is that everyone hates Keith Olbermann's guts, including those who agree with him on just about everything.
Oh, and Keith Olbermann's a moron.

— Ace Drew covered this earlier, but I don't see the harm in noting it again.
But since unconstitutionally appointing Richard Cordray this morning, he's gone ahead and illegally purported to appoint three people to the NLRB.
David Fredoso discusses the illegality here.
Obama claiming that he can decide for Congress when it is and is not in recess is pretty much the same as Congress deciding if Obama has or has not signed a law.
It's not "just a formality" when a branch of government exercises its actual legal rights and responsibilities.
Yes, this is a political dispute. Of course it is. But the Constitution specifies that these recess appointments -- afterthoughts, really -- can be made: During a declared recess of Congress.

— Ace Tag-team in the upcoming debates?
Ingraham: Can you see a scenario under which the two of you [Santorum and Gingrich] would align together to try to defeat the establishment candidate, Mitt Romney?Gingrich: Absolutely. Of course. I mean Rick and I have a 20-year friendship, we are both rebels, we both came into this business as reformers, we both dislike deeply the degree to which the establishment sells out the American people. We both think Washington has to be changed in very fundamental ways, and we have lots of things that fit together. And the thing thatÂ’s interesting is if you take the votes, you add to that Perry and Bachmann, you begin to see the size of the conservative vote compared to RomneyÂ…if you take, you know, Santorum and Perry and Bachmann and Gingrich you get some sense of what a small minority Romney really represents.
>Here's Gingrich's speech last night, which is being branded as intensely "bitter" by liberals in Mother Jones... and of course Romney supporters.
Look, Romney blitzkreiged him with negative ads. Did you really expect there wouldn't be some pushback?
More: Gingrich discusses his new mission to "define" Mitt Romney.
