— Ace Unbelievable. You'd almost think that various elements of the Thug State are coordinating to make sure Chauvin goes to jail, even if completely innocent.
Now, those decisions come back to invalidate the entire trial, because Maxine Waters has made extremely serious threats against both the city and, implicitly, the jurors themselves if they don't return a verdict that Burn Loot Murder can support.
The judge overseeing former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin’s trial hinted at a possible appeal after hearing the defense team’s argument that Democrat Rep. Maxine Waters’ recent call to violence if the trial does not result in a guilty conviction could influence the jury’s verdict.
"My phone gives me alerts on things that just happened. I mean, you can’t avoid it,†Chauvin’s attorney Eric Nelson argued. "And it is so pervasive that I just don’t know how this jury, it can really be said to be that they are free from the taint of this. And now that we have US representatives threatening acts of violence in relation to the specific case is mind-boggling.â€
"I’ll give you that Congresswoman Waters may have given you something on appeal that may result in his whole trial being overturned,†Judge Peter Cahill conceded before hearing the state’s position.
The jury, Cahill believes, will not be swayed by Waters’ rhetoric.
"They have been told not to watch the news,†he explained. "I trust that you’re following those instructions and that there is not in any way, a prejudice to defend beyond the articles that we’re talking specifically about the facts of this case. A congresswoman’s opinion really doesn’t matter a whole lot.â€
The formerCaliforniahome of a defense witness in theDerek Chauvinmurder trial was vandalized with a pig's head and blood smears most likely tied to his testimony from the trial, police said.
Last week, Barry Brodd, the retired police officer, said he believed the former Minneapolis officer was justified in his use of force during the George Floyd arrest.
The Santa Rosa Police Department issued a statement on Saturday that said it seemed that the "suspects in this vandalism were targeting" Brodd for his testimony. The statement said the vandals seemed to have targetedthe wrong home because Brodd has not lived there for years.

New documents obtained by Townhall show Democratic Congresswoman Maxine Waters requested an armed police escort to Minneapolis over the weekend, where she called for violent activists to "stay in the streets" during a protest against law enforcement.
Waters flew from Dulles International Airport to Minnesota-St. Paul International Airport on Saturday, April 17, just days ahead of a verdict in the George Floyd, Officer Derek Chauvin trial.
That night, Waters went to meet with protestors and demanded a guilty verdict for Chauvin "or else."
"I know this, we've got to stay in the streets," Waters said to a group of activists. "We are looking for a guilty verdict."
"If nothing does not happen then we have to not only stay in the streets but we have to fight for justice," she continued. "I am very hopeful and I hope that we are going to get a verdict that is guilty, guilty, guilty and if we don't, we cannot go away."
The documents are at the link.

The utterly useless GOP voted in favor of this bill -- it got 92 total votes.
Ninety-two senators voted last week to advance an Asian American hate crimes bill. But its passage likely depends on Democrats agreeing to soften language that Republicans say ties hate crimes too narrowly to the characterization of COVID-19 as the "China virus.â€
Even Republicans who voted to advance the hate crimes legislation sponsored by Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-Hawaii) see it as a jab at President Trump. The bill links his characterization of COVID-19 as the "China virus†to racist and hateful acts.
Republicans also see language in the bill as opening the door to politically correct thought-police squads. Specifically, they are critical of a provision that instructs Attorney General Merrick Garland and Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra to issue guidance on "best practices†for language describing the COVID-19 pandemic.
"Certainly, I condemn hatecrimes against the Asian Americans or any other ethnic group,†said Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine), an influential moderate who voted to advance the bill.
Still, Collins, who has been critical of Trump and voted to convict him in his impeachment trial, indicated she thinks the bill is too focused on linking hate crimes to how people talk about COVID-19.
"The bill has some drafting problems that I hope can be corrected. For example, it seems to say that the hate crime has to be linked to COVID, which is rather odd,†she told reporters.
Sen.John Cornyn (R-Texas), who voted to advance the bill, said he’s concerned generally about the criminalization of speech.
"I generally have concerns about people being offended by something somebody said and it’s clearly protected by the First Amendment,†he said. "The parameters of impermissible speech are pretty clear by Supreme Court precedent."
"This is sort of a problem with where we are these days,†he added.
Absolutely useless.

A video surfaced on social media showing children at a drag club in LA being paraded across the stage by a drag queen urging them to pose and strut for cash.
In the video, an onlooker comments on the travesty, with obvious displeasure. "Why in the hell to do these people got these f*cking little bitty-ass kids at this f*cking drag show, y'all?" She asks.
...
"Get your money, girls," the drag queen says. The little girl poses and reaches out a hand for some cash from the audience.

Good morning kids. Monday and the start of a new week but the same old story. Maxine "Mikvah" Waters, among the most corrupt, venal, manipulative, power-mad degenerates to ever hold office in the nation formerly known as the United States (and that's saying something considering the rap sheets of her cohorts in the Capitol), has now openly called, not for a civil war, but for a pogrom. A civil war implies that there are two sides that are both capable of and free to use violence against their rivals to achieve dominance. In terms of both temperament as well as the realpolitik, I do not think our side comes close to that. We may be seething with rage but I truly believe that most of us, the bravado and bluster aside, abhor violence, certainly to the level of the use of deadly force.
Yet that said, that situation is not going to last forever. The Enemy have banked on it for decades, but the way things stand, with the nation on a knife edge of going down the shitter when the economy collapses, as it no doubt is bound to happen, all bets will be well and truly off. Hence, their racing pell mell to seize absolute control over all avenues of communication, our ability to defend ourselves via the 2A, the electoral process and law enforcement and national security. Actually, internal security since this junta could care fuck all if the Chi-Coms, Farsis and every other communist or Islamic regime runs wild all over the Risk board. Now psycho quack Fauci, after being pantsed in Congress by Jim Jordan and Rand Paul, has identified guns as the existential crisis that is threatening us; "us" meaning the regime in DC. So with every means of coercion being brought to bear on us, a citizenry of internal exiles in our own nation, via corrupt governmental agencies in the form of the FBI, DOJ and local police departments as well as the unofficial black-clad brownshirts of BLaM-tifa, I ask where is this civil war everyone is talking about? Has the enemy suffered a literal or even a figurative bloody nose? Not in the slightest, and the filthy, shambling toxic waste dump that is Maxine Waters is now openly baying for our blood to run in the streets if Derek Chauvin is not found guilty.
Kind of interesting that in the wake of the stolen election, culminating in the events of January 6th, the only acts of violence were committed by their side, posing as Trump supporters, to create some sort of Reichstag Fire incident. To the extent that all sorts of wildly anti-Constitutional power-grabs are a red pubic hair's breadth from being enacted, mostly on the pretext of preventing "our sacred democracy" (puke) from ever being threatened again, in that regard it worked. And here we are, a vast group of people demonized, otherized and blood-libeled as racially impure and irredeemably evil who must be eradicated from the public discourse, or perhaps simply eradicated. As I said, that's not what a civil war looks like. It's what a pogrom looks like.
